·         Experience in hotel industry for more than 3 years as personnel manager

·         Fluent in English , spoken and written

·         Computer literate ( word, excel, powerpoint, internet )

·         Educational background : Psychology is an advantage

·         Good in communication

·         Dynamic, easy going and creative

·         Wellknown with government regulation
