The role would be that of a HR Business Partner , and would be based out of Mumbai.

Responsibilities

• Key Objective / Purpose of the Job - Support Business by effectively managing the talent pool.

Major Activities

I : Managing Talent
• Comb the external market to have funnel of possible companies from where we can source talent.
• Ensuring & Managing a continuous flow of Talent pool with appropriate support from Central Talent Acquisition Team
• Work with hiring managers on Manpower Planning & recruitment planning and other developmental areas like Training & Employee Engagement
• Work with line managers to improve productivity levels of the team.

II : Employee Engagement
• ESAT rollout and action planning for Managers
• Developing and cascading a Performance driven and a winning culture
• Employee Communication : Town halls, R&R and others
• Maintaining continuous motivation of team leading to high productivity.

III: MIS Reporting
• Management Reporting

Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a MBA/ PGDM (full time) in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Business HR function with an IT BFSI S/W company is required for this position.
• Preferred experience in handling HR in emerging businesses with exposure to various areas of HR including :
• Hiring & Creating HR processes
• Enabling a strong communication within the business and with other stakeholders including external business associates, partners etc.
• Experience in working as a strong support with the CEO/Head of the business
• Flexibility to adapt to change and create a balanced approach in building a performance driven culture while maintaining an environment of respect for people.
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive approach
• Ability to understand the Business environment , and strategize HR approach
• Teaming Skills
• Applicants should be Indian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
