We are only looking for highly qualified candidates but these are basic requirements that we have for entry-level Junior Web Developers. We have very high standards.



A Web Developer must be fluent in HTML and CSS with at least 2 years of PHP and additional Web programming experience. Knowledge of Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, open-source systems such as Ruby and Joomla, and other technical and design programs desired. They must have a solid grasp of the latest graphic and web design principles and aesthetics. A Web Developer must have an expert understanding of current Web technologies such as HTML, CSS, XHTML and Javascript. We ask that they have a good conceptual understanding of color, optimizing images, the capabilities of Web browsers across multiple platforms, and constraints involved in designing for online media. An expert in both Mac and PC platforms is a bonus.


The salary depends on the candidate’s qualifications and whether they can handle the amount and type of work we do. It’s not an easy job and we require 100% commitment because we’re offering a career, not just another job. So I much rather find the right person, pay them well because we train our team members so that if they ever do decide to leave they will be prepared to handle any job in the future as they will become representatives of the quality of the agency if they decide to move elsewhere to work.



If it’s just about the money for them, then they are not the right candidate for us. If the potential new employee wants to learn, continue to grow as a professional and do the type of work that no other agency does in Indonesia , then they should come seek employment with us.



English is a must.

We offer a few full-time positions. Candidates will be offered a position on a temporary contract basis for 3 months. Based upon their performance, they will be offered ongoing full-time job thereafter.



Salary : start 2,5 - 5 mill depend on qualification
