The hotel is located in the business district and close to a wide selection of bars - restaurants - shopping - and entertainment - as well as local monuments and the national museum. Skills and Capabilities
1. Strong leadership qualities.
2. Excellent training skills.
3. Electrical or Mechanical formal qualifications.
4. A balanced combination of organizational ability and hands-on management.
5. Good English.
6. Detailed follow-up.
7. Minimum 3 years experience as Chief Engineer with proficiency in below subjects:

Management : Administration, Planning & Scheduling of Preventive Maintenance and Repairs, Budgeting and Costing, Project Control, Work & Cost Analysis, Inventory Control & Stock Planning.

Technical : Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems, Refrigeration & Cold Storage, General Safety & Fire Safety systems, Communication & PABX System, General Plumbing & Drainage, Water Purification Plant & Waste Water Treatment Plant, Civil, Boiler, Laundry Plant (a strong plus), Commercial Kitchen Equipment (a strong plus).
