We are looking for Spa Attendant with the following tasks and responsibilities: Maintain thorough knowledge of products for each therapy; Maintain cleanliness and report deficiencies of any equipment; Prepare products and treatment rooms according to bookings; Assist in the operation of all spa departments as required; Maintain the facility in peak sanitary condition at all times; Maintain locker rooms in a tidy manner; Check and clean lockers when needed; Maintain toiletries in locker room vanities; Maintain linen inventory to and from laundry on a scheduled basis; Direct Members/Guests to appointments and assist them in every way possible; Assist Members/Guests with use of sauna, steam, whirlpool etc.; Prepare rooms for treatments according to specified guidelines; Ensure stocking of all spa amenities and toiletries.
The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years minimum experience in a similar role in spa industry or hospitality; Degree in hospitality or related field; Must be able to provide guest service and involves taking care of guest areas, lockers, rooms, fitness and pool setup; Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. Must be fluent in English, Arabic is an advantage.
