HRD SUPERVISOR

Requirements:

 

      Male / Female, max. age 30 years old.

      Diploma or degree in Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources Management from reputable University.

      Having 2 years experiences in the same field. 

      Familiar with MS Office & internet.

      Competence in English, both spoken and written.

      Capable in handling HR duties for Human Resources operational requirement.

      Capable in handling : Personnel Administration, Compensation Benefit (Payroll), Jamsostek, Medical Insurance, Service Charge.

      Good understand in Indonesia Man Power Regulation, Knowledge of legal aspect and employment regulation.

      Good understand in HR Management.

      Possess strong leadership & positive motivation.

      Having good analytical ability, strong interpersonal & communication skill.

      Proactive, pressure persistent, able to thrive in fast-paced
