The St. Regis Bali Resort - is inviting passionate and experienced individual to be a St. Regis staff, for the following position:

Sous Chef

Requirement:
  • To be in charge of the Banquet Kitchen
  • Preferably has overseas exposure and experience in renowned culinary establishments and or luxury 5- star international hotels
  • Possesses in-depth knowledge in Asian and Western cuisine, innovative menu creation, strong people management skills, daily administrative skills, very hands-on, customer focused and able to drive bussines and result.
