HRD MANAGER
General Requirements :
Male, age not more than 40 years old, preferably living in Bali
Strong leadership and good personality
Preferably graduated from a reputable university, majoring in Psycholgy / Law
Has proven working experience in HRD
Excellent knowledge in recruitment, payroll, performance appraisal, Industrial relation & Indonesia labor law
Experience in training design & analysis is an advantage
