2.     Sarkies Restaurant (Chinese)

3.     New Executive Lounge

 

Specific requirements are:

- Experienced in related position within 4 or 5 star hotels and having good F&B career.

- Sales & Marketing abilities

- Public Relation and promotional expertise

- Good leadership

- Training skills

- Fluency in Mandarin for Sarkies Restaurant

- Fluency in English for all outlets

- Business acumen

- Reporting and analytical skills
