At the moment we're looking for a Full Time Villa Area Manager to join our energetic and enthusiastic villa management team at Bali luxury villas, Kuta, Bali. By bringing your passion to work every day, we'll empower you to work as part of a team to anticipate our owners/guests' needs and deliver a memorable service experience.
Reporting to the General Manager, you'll be involved in all pertinent matters affecting owners/guest service and Private Villa operations to ensure owners/guests receive prompt attention and personal recognition throughout the Villa.
In addition, you'll respond to owners/guest needs and resolves any issues that may arise; supervise, direct and support villa teams and owners requests and during peak periods assist the Reservations teams and assist the Villa Manager/coordinator in greeting, rooming, and sending off VIP guests.
You will conduct daily communication briefings and provide input for regular Villa site meetings. You'll also check billing instructions and monitors guest credit during stay.
You'll have excellent customer relations, problem solving and time management skills; have a working knowledge of hotel property management systems and also manual applications with an understanding of working in the field away from office.
Ideally, you'll have a minimum 3 years experience in a hotel/Villa front office/Food & Beverage department as well as Housekeeping with experience in both front office and housekeeping preferable, with a minimum 1 year experience as a team leader, shift supervisor, assistant manager or villa manager.
You're known for your dynamic personality and superior communication skills. You will have the flexibility to work five and half shifts per week, which will include evenings and some weekends. Analyses and approve promotions and up selling local tours, inspect the villas to ensure rooms maintenance control, take action with the Property Management Systems (PMS) in emergency situation and be fully conversant with all villa emergency procedures.
