The role would be that of a
Senior Manager HR , and would be based in
Mumbai.
Responsibilities :
• Employee Relations/Engagemen t: Drive
Employee Engagement. Assists with associate intervention and engagement initiatives, coordinating resources as needed. Handles basic level employee issues, which includes transitioning issues to HR Function – Head / Region HR Head for investigation and resolution.
• Performance Management: Responds to employees and managers inquires regarding
performance management tools and assists managers during the formal review process. Main contact for all Performance Management Database questions/issues. Serves as a resource on performance management, competencies, and development tools and resources for employees. Ensuring the execution of
organizational change initiatives including,
roles and responsibilities, structure, business processes, measures and incentives, people and competencies and culture Support management regarding career planning, succession planning
• Total Rewards System: Assists in communicating compensation- related information to the businesses. Assists managers with basic pay related questions, including benefits within the Total Target Remuneration & policies pertaining to the same of the organization
• Staffing/Recruiting : Hiring - Interface with
internal customers & the
Talent Acquisition team on manpower requirements. Gathers and analyzes employment data that influences staffing. Assists in the communication between the Recruiting practice and the businesses/COE leaders and hiring managers.
•
Learning & Development: Identification of
Training needs and & Development. Liasonig with the L&D function to design and organize Trainings with the objective to bridge the gaps indentified through PMS,
Succession Plan and other managerial interactions.
• HRIS: Manage
HR Business analysis, reporting and the quality of the HR tools e.g.
Job Descriptions,
Performance Appraisals etc., as required by management Review and analyze 6 – 12 month attrition data and engagement data.

Candidate Profile
• Work Experience : Must Possess 8 + years of
Work experience in HR.
• Qualification : 2 years full time MBA from a Premier collage in
Human Resources • Good knowledge and extensive exposure to Performance Management, Employee Relations and People management.
• Pleasing personality, assertive with good inter-personal skills and hands on approach
• Self starter / High on Team Working / Influencing skills / Maturity
• Articulate and well read with excellent communication and
presentation skills • Ability to work independently without much of supervision and adapt to change
• Exposure in working with process driven environment or in SAP-HR
• Preference will be given to candidates with exposure in working within Manufacturing environment.
