Sales Manager Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities: - Directly sell the company’s products and services
- Conduct business development activities with the aim or generating leads that can be converted to sales
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision maker and other organisations or people that may refer business to the company.
- Meet and exceed the sales targets as set by the company.
- Generate sales volume and value through the development and implementation of a structured, time and target sensitive sales program founded on the principal of pro-active sales.
- Actively network within the:
~ Corporate companies (including, private enterprises and companies) ~ Professionals (including charted Accountants, Lawyers and consultants) ~ Institutional communities (including chambers of commerce, expat community and other organisations)
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in hotel sales & marketing business
- Excellent command over spoken English and Bahasa Indonesian with the ability to network at high level and build strong business relationships.
- Knowledge of Intermediate level of MS office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong team player also ability to work independently
- Preferably Female Managers specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent
- Aggressive, initiatives, pro active and highly motivated to achieve target. Team work oriented and occasionally willing to work on weekend
- Full-Time positions available.
