DOS Qualifications / Specifications

 

Age:                            25 – 30 (Max. 30 years old)

Marital Status:         Single or Married (Preferably Single)

Gender:                     Female

Education:                Bachelor's Degree (S1)

Experience:               Minimum two (2) years experience as Sales Manager in Bali   in the tourism/hospitality industry (Hotel, or Tourist Attraction)

Specifications:        

·        Mature, self-starter, highly motivated, friendly & outgoing personality

·        Excellent English Language skills (mandatory), 3^rd language a plus (not mandatory),

·        Excellent knowledge of all markets in Bali, performance driven, ability to plan strategy, good technical knowledge of Sales,

·        Excellent analytical skill.

·        A good understanding of current business trends, source markets, electronic business channels, team development and guidance skills are essential
