Amori Villa

Amori Villa is a luxury boutique hotel in Ubud which has been operating very successfully for nearly 2 years. A Villa Manager is now required.

 

A competent team of 14 staff is in place and committed however they need leadership and management. Key aspects of the role are:

-      Guest Relations

-      Quality Control

-      Personnel Management

-      Financial Control

-      Management Reporting

 

The owners are Australian and are in daily contact by email and phone, taking responsibility for marketing, reservations and finances. They are new to hospitality and are therefore looking for a strong and experienced manager to take complete operational control.

 

The required skills and personality traits are  

·          Very good written and spoken English language skills. Another foreign language would be ideal.

·          Minimum of 3 years experience at the same position

·          Well trained and multi-skilled with a hands-on, "can do" attitude.

·          Experienced and confident in guest relations

·          Outgoing and enthusiastic personality

·          Good team builder but also decisive and firm with staff supervision
