Sales Manager and GSA

For Jakarta Sales Office

Karma Resorts Bali is looking for a young dynamic Sales Manager and GSA based in Jakarta to promote their two resorts in Bali to the leisure and MICE Markets.

The successful man or women will be:

• 5 star experience, ideally with villa-style properties.
• Minimum 1 year experience in similar position
• Familiar with on-line booking channels
• Experienced with Fidelio and/or Opera is an advantage
• Educated to Degree level
• Ability to work with high level accountability and result orientation
• Able to demonstrate strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Proficiency in written and spoken English as well as computer literate
• High motivation, be energetic and have an outgoing personality
• Able and willing to work in a team and well as having the ability to develop and lead a successful and motivated team

·         A base salary and attractive incentive bonus scheme will be offered to the right candidate.

·         Reporting to the Group Sales & Marketing Director the role will involve direct contact with agents and corporates promoting and educating the market on the resorts and actively seeking business. A base salary and attractive incentive bonus scheme will be offered to the right candidate.
