Position Summary

- Delivers guest luggage and any other items to/from guestrooms.

- Responsible for attending to immediate needs of each guest upon arrival, throughout the stay, and upon departure.

- Escorts guest to room and informs guest of all hotel services (If LSM, ALSM, and GSA unavailable to escort).
