Project Manager (PM)
- Male, max 45 year old
- Min S1 majoring civil engineering/ management/ architect
- 5-10 years working experience in Hospitality
- Mastered the concept of regional development planning
- Able to organize & coordinate the Contractor / Subcontractors & all personnel involved in project implementation
- Master knowledge of project management, cost analysis, production planning, scheduling & project management skills
- Master of Project Development for the construction of the Property / Housing, from the beginning of Legality, Licensing Land, Planning & Control Engineering Construction Project Progress
- Have the ability to analyze images of construction
- Monitor and maintain the project time schedule
- Capable of handling consumer complaints resolution
Financial Controller (FC)
- Male/female, more than 35 years old
- University degree in Finance / Accounting (MBA desirable)
- Min 5 years experience in managing company Financial, especially in hospitality
- Good understanding of accounting standard system in Indonesia.
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Having good knowledge of Accounting, Finance, taxation &treasury
- Strategic & analytic thinking
Engineering Supervisor (ES)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial) or equivalent.
- Min 2 years experience in the area of Utility Maintenance & Development, Prefer from hospitality
- Male, Min 30 years old
- English proficiency and computer literate
Studio Administration (SAdm)
- Female max 28 years old
- Min D3 majoring Civil Engineering
- Fresh graduate are welcome
- Understand engineering drawings
- Good interpersonal, strong initiative, willing to work hard in a team
Marketing Supervisor (MS)
- Male or female min. 27 years old
- Minimum D3 degree
- Experiences 4 year in hospitality (Hotel/Villa/Restaurant/Spa)
- Able to write and speak in English fluently
- Enjoy interacting with people, energetic
- Excellent social networking, broad people connection, have good strategic skill
Restaurant Supervisor (RS)
- Male / Female Max 45 years old
- Min exp 2 year in Restaurant
- Strong knowledge in restaurant area
- Proficient in English oral & written
Purchasing (PC)
- Female min 25 years old
- \Min D3 majoring Management/Accounting
- Min 2 years in the same field
- Computer Literate
