Freelance Chef Qualified for Villa   

 

Western, European style cooking experience essential as well Asian cuisines for Peak season contract with possibility of full time placement in 2011.

 

 

Candidates should be ambitious, enjoy challenge, and have strong commercial acumen skills and the ability to work within villa team.

 

As a Chef in our business, you would oversee the kitchen operations and work within one our Exclusive Boutique Villas preparing daily meals for guests with rest period in afternoon.

 

 

The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate the following attributes: 

 

• Menu planning, food costing and sourcing seasonal produce.
•  Stocktaking and ordering.
• Attention to food detail and presentation always
