We are the first international hotel on the magical island of Gili Trawangan, Lombok  â€" Hotel Vila Ombak.
currently seeking qualified candidates to join our company to fill current available positions as:

 

1.       Cost Control

2.       Account Receivable

3.       Waiter and Waitress

 

Qualifications: 

1. Male or Female
2. Minimum 1 years working experience in the similar position star hotel
3. Good Personality

4.Energic and Attractive

5.Dynamic, enthusiastic and quality oriented

6.Good command of English both written and verbal, other language is preferable.

7.Outgoing personality and well groomed

 

    4. Chef De Partie

 

Responsibilities:

• Taking responsibilities of F & B Production operational and staff, including creating new menu(s) with regards of quality, ingredient, and cost  

Requirements:

• Male / Female.
• Preferably has overseas exposure and experienced in renowned culinary establishment and International Restaurant
• Possesses in depth knowledge in Asian and Western cuisine, innovative menu creation
• Minimum Diploma / Bachelor graduated, preferably Hotel and Tourism School , having courses in culinary is an advantage
• Having 2 years experience in culinary business and minimum 2 years as Chef De Parte position at reputable hotel / restaurant
• Initiates and participates in creative selling, decoration and presentation ideas.
• Healthy, tidy and energetic.
• Creative and resourceful.
• Excellent skills in communication and collaboration.
• Able to work under pressure
• Strong people management skills
• Able to drive business and result
