A growing Silver Jewelry Company in Ubud, Bali , Indonesia is looking for Jewelry Production Manager.

 

Jewelry Production Manager

 

Responsibilities:

·        Directs and coordinate factory operations within company policies and procedures

·        Maintains a clean and safe factory environment

·        Prepares production daily planning and targeting

·        Prepares production shift schedule

·        Prepares and maintain factory production goals

·        Establish and maintain good working relationship with workers

·        Establish and implement regular workers training plan

·        Selects and trains factory supervisor and administrative staff

·        Responsible for maintaining regular meeting with workers

·        Responsible for the overall product quality output

 

Qualifications:

·        Must have 8+ years professional experience in silver jewelry manufacturing

·        Hands-on knowledge in casting, stamping and various silver production methods

·        Knowledge of QC as per international standards and can manage complete coordination in orders manufacturing and timely completion of orders

·        Experience in managing 200+ workers

·        Strong leadership, teamwork, integrity and organizational skills

·        Good spoken and written English
