We are a group of restaurants with 3 different concepts (Western, Chinese and Indonesian) located in Kuta, Bali. Currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill in the position as an

 

Operation Manager

 

The ideal candidate must meet these following requirements:

 

• Male/Female, max 35 years of age and willing to stay in Bali.
• Min. D3 with at least 3 years of experiences in the hotel/restaurant industry in managerial level.
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Able to communicate in English.
• Able to work long hours and during Public Holidays/Weekend.
• Excellent communication, coaching, training skills and good leadership.
• Strong and excellent knowledge in F&B (service & production), budgets, labor costs, inventory and as well as food cost while ensuring quality standards.
• Able to train and develop staffs through regular training programs.
• Able to maintain and improve the quality standards (service & production).
