- 10 years experiences
- Able to communicate in English
- has knowledge in Indonesia Labour law
- Has knowledge for foreigner working visa procedures
- Able to manage payroll, holiday, etc for the staffs
- Development oriented
- able to travel alone
 - Able to work long hours

2. Sous Chef
- Min experinces as Sous Chef 4 yars
- Min experiences in Culinary are 8 years
- Able to communicate in English
- Hotel experiences will be priority
- Able to travel alone
- Willing to work long hours
