Maya Ubud Resort & Spa  5 Star Hotel In Ubud, is urgently looking for qualified to fulfill some vacant positions as follows ;

 

1. Night Manager 

2. Front Desk Supervisor

Qualifications required:

    1.    Having experience on the same position at least 2 years in a 4 or 5 star hotel

    2     Self motivated, enthusiastic, having good guest relations and leadership skill

    3.    Good Supervisory  and strong in auditing and reporting skill

    4.    Capability in operating MYOH system

    5.     Having good spoken and written English, speaking other foreign languages will be an advantage  

    6.     Male.

 

3. Sous Chef or Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Party

Qualification required :

    1.    minimum 5 years relevant experience in 5 star hotels, restaurant or reputable catering established

    2.    passionate and up to date with food trends

    3.    experience in Japanese cuisine an advantage

    4.    creative and able to maintain the high standard of food quality and hygiene

    5.    preparing and managing small buffet banquets for 20 to 120 guests

    6.    good people management practices with good communication skills

    7.    Male.
