1. FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER

• Master of food cost, budgeting dan pricing
• Excellent knowledge of tradisional Balinese, Indonesian dan western food
• Creative, positive minded, goal and service oriented
• Good knowlege or wine and cheese

2. ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER

• Creative, positive minded, goal and service oriented
• Outgoing personality, good communication skill
• Team leader and detail oriented

Syarat-syarat umum:

• Pria usia max. 32 thn (1)
• Pria usia max. 28 thn, penampilan menarik, tinggi min. 170 cm (2)
• Pendidikan min. S1/D3 Perhotelan (1,2)
• Mampu berbahasa Inggris aktif (1,2)
• Pengalaman minimal 2 thn di bidangnya (1,2)
• Diutamakan bagi yang pernah bekerja di hotel berbintang atau fine dining restaurant (1,2)
