TRAINING MANAGER
Sheraton Bandara Hotel is looking for a highly motivated, energetic, efficient,
and professional personality.
Scope of the role includes but not limited to:
Conduct Training Needs Analyses
Develop Training Business Plan in conjunction with the pre and post opening requirement
Ensure all new hires receive mandatory Starwood Corporate Training program
Facilitate management training program
Monitor all training activities conducted on and off site
Maintain an up to date on line training record
Facilitate management training program
Develop On-The-Job Training program in cooperation with hotel schools
Drive the implementation company culture and be a role model
Requirement for this role:
Strong training skills
Influencing skills
Excellent communication skills (written/verbal, Indonesia/English)
Well Organized and Administration skills
Quality awareness
Computer skills
