Responsible to support Executive Chef on daily kitchen operational.
Requirement:
- Tourism or Hotel School qualification is an advantage
- 2 years experience at same position also welcome experienced Chef de Partie who is willing to move to the next level.
- Good knowledge in Asian and Western cuisine.
- 25 - 35 years Indonesian citizen
- Attention to detail, able to develop as well as maintain high work standards
- Flexible, patient and pro-active approach to work
- Willingness to work in a remote location and traveling on single status
