Requirement:
- To be in charge of the Banquet Kitchen
- Preferably has overseas exposure and experience in renowned culinary establishments and or luxury 5- star international hotels
- Possesses in-depth knowledge in Asian and Western cuisine, innovative menu creation, strong people management skills, daily administrative skills, very hands-on, customer focused and able to drive bussines and result.
