-Company Contracts for events, parties and lunch meetings
-Ideas for monthly deals
-Working on menu settings
-Promoting Encore Events

Branding
-Creating awareness of Encore
-Generating Ideas to make Encore Household name
-Encore Brand and awarness to customer database and to other local companies
-Improving branding by research of products and customer service
-Attention to anything dealing with encore logo or encore dealings

Customer Service
-Training of Waiter and Waitress
-Dealing with complaints
-Qualitly control
-Making standard operation manuals
-Weekly meeting with Staff for improvments
-Consulting suppliers for products and improvements
-Service and team building
-Improving resto flow
