·         Hotel School Graduate with minimum 5 years experience

·         Minimum 2 years experience in the same position

·         Excellent organisational skills

·         Work to the highest standards of 5 star international hotels

·         Ability to train and motivate staff

·         Fluent english language

·         Excellent communication skills
